Wage and Hour Laws

Michigan Wage Dispute Attorney

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) governs overtime pay and minimum wage laws. In addition, it prohibits child labor. Michigan's Wage and Overtime Law supplements the FSLA with regulations specific to Michigan workers.
