Employee And Union Rights
Biography
Andrea Frailey graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with her juris doctorate degree. However, she still bleeds green after attending Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies where she earned a degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from James Madison College. While in law school, Andrea participated in several clinical programs, including the Unemployment Insurance Clinic where she would assist claimants in having five to six figure fraud charges overturned. Andrea also co-founded the Gender Violence Project at Michigan Law, an organization designed to fight against domestic abuse, sexual assault, and other gender-based violence.
As an associate attorney at Miller Cohen, P.L.C., Andrea specializes in all areas of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, and unpaid wages. Prior to joining Miller Cohen, P.L.C., Andrea worked at a large, Detroit based law firm where she specialized in employment compliance.
