Employee And Union Rights
Biography
Prior to attending law school, Frank worked for years in many different industries and learned to appreciate what collective action can accomplish for people in their working lives. This led Frank to take on the “non-traditional” path of enrolling in law school eight years after receiving his bachelor’s degree. Frank enrolled at Michigan State University College of Law and graduated cum laude.
While at MSU, Frank interned with the National Labor Relations Board’s Detroit Office, the Ingham County Public Defenders Office, and worked two semesters at the Alvin L. Storr Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. While in law school, Frank was also awarded the prestigious Peggy Browning Fellowship and worked as a summer associate and fellow at the Satter Ruhlen Law Firm in Syracuse, New York.
Frank began his career at Miller Cohen as a law clerk and transitioned to being a full-time associate for the firm after passing the Michigan bar. In his role as an associate for the firm, Frank specializes in Labor and Employment law matters. In his spare time, Frank is interested in the history of the labor movement, researching animal law issues, and spending time with his lovely fiancée, Shira.
